In this episode of How to Drink I’m exploring and explaining gin: what it is, how it’s made, what it tastes like, and how to use it. This isn’t going to be an exhaustive history of the development of gin, others will cover that better, instead I look quickly at it’s origins but dive right into the important and practical stuff: what style of gin are currently available and what they taste like. I’ll be looking at Genever, Old Tom, London Dry Plymouth, Pink and Sloe Gins.
